Shipping & Service Delivery Policy

• Dyler is delivered entirely online through the web application at app.dyler.ai.
• The Free plan is available immediately after you create an account.
• Paid plans are activated on your workspace immediately after your payment is confirmed by Razorpay. A confirmation and invoice are sent to your account email.
• Phone numbers included in your plan are allotted to your workspace from settings; where a carrier needs verification documents, allotment may take up to 3 business days.

If your plan is not active within 24 hours of a successful payment, email hello@dyler.ai with your account email and payment reference, and we will activate it or refund the payment.

Dyler can be used from anywhere with an internet connection. Calling destinations depend on your plan and carrier availability.
